In Malawi child rights clubs give children the opportunity to support and protect one another. Maria, pictured, was 14 when she was encouraged by her local child rights group to escape her marriage and return to school. Maria says,
“I got a lot of encouragement from the EveryChild Child Rights Club, who used to visit me at home.”
