EveryChild's Face-to-Face Fundraising
Face-to-Face fundraising provides a major source of income for EveryChild and therefore ensures that we can help thousands of children all over the world grow up in a safe and loving family environment, with a secure future. All EveryChild face-to-face fundraisers are employed by us and work solely for EveryChild.
They are paid a basic salary that is not performance related. We employ very dedicated people who are passionate about our cause and work hard to spread the word " even when it's cold and raining!
All our fundraisers receive extensive introductory training before they start fundraising on the streets, and then regular on-going training is provided to maintain the quality thereafter. This ensures they are able to abide by the Institute of Fundraising (IoF) Code of Practice for the Personal Solicitation of Committed Gifts, and the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association (PFRA) Code of Practice, a copy of which is carried by each fundraiser.
We are committed to ensuring that our Face-to-Face fundraising is the best on the streets. Our fundraisers are regularly checked by the PFRA, and every supporter who signs up on the street is telephoned to check the behaviour of the fundraiser.
