You can help fight child poverty across the world by running for EveryChild. Whether a fun runner or a committed athelete, we can offer events to suit all levels of fitness and interest. It's easy - all you have to do is:
1. Choose an event
See the 'Marathon Mania' list below for a taste of some of the runs on offer: from 10k runs to full marathons.
2. Raise money for EveryChild!
As an EveryChild runner you will receive fundraising and training advice from our Events team, an EveryChild Fundraising Pack, which includes a t-shirt or running vest and regular updates on EveryChild's work.
Of course, if you already have a place in a running event but have NOT chosen a charity to run for or are planning on taking part in a running event not listed, we would be delighted if you would choose EveryChild as your charity.
All you need to do is request an EveryChild Fundraising Pack. It's as simple as that! We will provide you with all the support you might need, including sponsorship forms, fundraising advice, training tips and a t-shirt or vest to wear on the day.
We currently have places available for the HydroActive Women's Challenge (London, Liverpool and Birmingham 14th September 08), the British 10k Run (London, 6th July), the BUPA Great North Run (Newcastle, 28th September), the BUPA Great South Run (Portsmouth, 26th October) and the 2009 Flora London Marathon (26th April 2009).
If you would like to join the many people already running for EveryChild, please email the Events Team or call them on 020 7749 2490 for more information.
