In Moldova, EveryChild supports vulnerable families and develops family-based alternatives to institutional care like foster care. We also provide day-care facilities for children with disabilities which provide treatment, rehabilitation and much needed respite for families. In Moldova, where 80% of the population live below the poverty line, EveryChild has helped to reduce the number of children entering institutional care by a third in three major regions.
